My Bots According To Trustpilot

With all of the chaos in my bot-life the past few months, I decided to see what Trustpilot had to say about my providers. While I was a little surprised at the overall ranking, the three companies stack up about like I thought they would.

EFX: Trustpilot Rating: My Review of EFX

  • EFX started as a company that provided Forex trading training. Based on their support board, most of their business going forward is focused on their Octane trading bot.
  • The negative reviews I saw on Trustpilot were regarding their trading program. Its users well respect their bot. One complaint, “Your bot costs too much.” Last I knew, the license was over $10,000.

University of Options: Trustpilot Rating:

  • While I have used University of Options(UoO) bots, they are more respected for their training in options and futures.
  • Any negative comments seem to center around their bot products. I also lost some money with these products. My losses are a large part of the reason I am in the Futures ‘copy-trader’ program. Because UoO feels responsible for a large part of my bot losses, I have a free membership in this program until I recoup my losses. This sounds like the efforts of a company trying to do right by its customers!!

NURP: Trustpilot Rating: My Review of Nurp

  • I did my original review of NURP back in February of 2024. Back then, I was young in my NURP journey, and I was seeing account growth. I felt a responsibility to do an update prior to writing this post. The support systems are in place, but the software is not mature enough to hand off to passive investors.
  • NURP software has settings for its bots to prevent excessive losses. However, the way their bots “martingale” into trades makes it difficult to know how to use these settings effectively.
  • The negative reviews are across the board. When I first signed up, the rating was a high 4. It is no longer that. The past few months have not allowed them to keep that rating. If you are an active Forex trader, NURP products could be perfect. When the bots dig a hole in your account, you can make hedge trades to escape the predicament.

I see a number of other bots listed on Trustpilot. I hope the ratings are accurate. I have real-world experience with these three bot families/providers. To date, EFX has the most solid bot. It isn’t perfect. Yet, EFX is a very good partner to help keep your account growing over time. If you would like to be put in contact with EFX, you are welcome to do it directly. But, if you will let me refer you, it would be appreciated!

Which other bots have you found on TrustPilot?

sorry for the late reply. The NURP bots and bots from University of Options. There are others, too. I am reluctant to try anything new after the difficult bot losses I experienced this summer.
