As I continue to explore and broaden my “bot farm”, I had two new bots setup this week. I am not sure how successful they will be yet, but these are my observations:

• The purchase price includes them setting up the bot for you. I bought the bots last Friday. The bots were set up on Tuesday.
• Trading bots need the same stuff to be successful. It doesn’t matter the cost. Those things include: a brokerage account, a stable VPS with a fast connection, and a means to get your money in and out. (Since we have to use non-US based brokerages to get the proper leverage, very few brokerages allow ACH and wiring. Many rely on some form of crypto.)
• One of the bots I bought, Precision, trades gold. As it was setup, it only trades during certain hours. This allows it to avoid more volatile trading times. The trading times and the lot sizes are variables I can change if I want. With two full days of trading, it has made close to $400. ( The previous bot that operated in this account lost money. If the profit appears negative when it is viewed, it is because it hasn’t got the account back in the “black” yet.)

• The other bot, Pro FX, trades 6 Forex pairs. I have not seen much activity yet. I was told it takes a little while to warm up. While the link makes it look like the bot is very profitable, this was the previous home for “Gold Digger” before I moved it into the shared Fed/Gold Digger account. In two full days of waking up, it has profits of $5.46.

• The bots are provided by a new bot-provider I am trying, University of Options. The sales rep I worked with was very helpful and patient. She sent out a number of “myfxbook” links to see how well some of their bots are doing. It took me over 2 months to commit to their products. (This is usually a pretty good sign the company is reputable.) If you would like for me to provide this contact info to you, please complete this form. (I hate putting phone numbers on the internet.) • Once you buy the bots, you own them. You don’t have any further fees, AND they provide support.

As stated, I am very early with these bots. I will continue to update as my comfort with them grows.
