Some days, it is hard to make money with your bots. So, why do I also have problems with my VPS, MT4 software, or my broker connection? After bringing my Octane bot back to life again, I realized EFX is different. EFX may not offer a “bot guarantee,” but they are passionate about making your bot perform. I want to take a moment to share some exciting news with you! For the last five months, my team and I have been working on a big update for our trading bot, Octane. This update won’t change how the bot trades, and you don’t have to get it, but I highly recommend it because it’s super helpful.

Here’s the cool part: this update gives my team a special dashboard that helps us keep an eye on all the accounts using the bot. It can automatically stop most of the problems we’ve had, like when older versions of MT4 (our trading software) or bad internet connections mess things up. If something does go wrong, we can fix it quickly with just one click!

For example, if OX, our broker, does server maintenance and signs everyone out, we’ll be able to fix that problem instantly with one click—no waiting around.

This update also makes sure your bot is always in sync, meaning no duplicate trades or random trades getting stuck. It’s basically fixing all the issues we’ve run into with MT4 over the past year.

You don’t have to do anything at all, and it won’t mess with any trades you have going on—no need to shut anything down. My team will handle everything, and this upgrade will help us make even more improvements in the future.
