Which Bot Should Be Bought?

All is takes is a couple of Google searches of “algo trading bots” or any variations before your Facebook. Nearly all areas of your social media include nothing but bot-related ads. Out of that experience, I have met with a few of them:

  • Minotaur: They use bots that deal with cryptocurrency. I don’t have any experience with crypto, so the tools and techniques described to me during our call were intimidating. At the very least, they differ from what I have experienced with my FOREX bots. Their social media presence was also sparse. If I go forward with their bots, it will be after my FOREX bots have produced satisfactory earnings.
  • NURP: This company was all over my Facebook in December. So, I figured I would at least check them out. The “buy-in” cost was more than I would have preferred. But for that one-time cost, I get access to all present and future bots they release. There is a monthly “software fee” for the bots you use.
  • EFX: This is a bot produced/created by the company I purchased my Forex training with. This caused me to have immediate trust. They are not perfect, but they have a bot that fulfills the expectations they give their customers.
  • Galileo FX: This company’s products are not as expensive as some of the other ones I have reviewed. There were two things I didn’t like: 1) They sell a product, and then they sell the custom scripts for specific FOREX trading pairs, and 2) The online reviews were not glowing. I know expectations don’t always line up with reality. Yet, if others had bad experiences, I am smart enough not to think my experience will be different.
  • Algo Exchange: This organization has bots that trade in futures. The upfront cost is in line with the other bots. The minimum to get started was definitely higher. While they offered some flexibility in start-up cost, the social media footprint of the owner and the entire company was hard to find and/or feel comfortable. If a company is in this space, I expect them to have more rather than less presence. I won’t say this was the only reason I decided not to pursue this company, but it factored in. I thought, “If I can’t find enough evidence to convince my wife these guys are a legitimate company, then I have no business investing with them.” I have canceled the follow-up appointment.
