I am grateful that the email filters do a pretty good job filtering through all of the spam. (As I write this my Google email account has over 1,500 spam emails in it.) But, apparently due to sanctions against Russia, some sincere entrepreneur needs my help….
Good Morning,
I am contacting you though with mixed feelings to seek your help to work with us in securing investment in your country. The rain of sanctions and isolation of Russia federation by the west is making my principal seek investments abroad before the effect of the sanctions would done on us.
We need your cooperation as my principal plans to pull Investment funds from the Company’s Portfolio into other areas of investment. Your benefit shall be arrive at in a reasonable percent of expected profits from investments we may go into with you. My principal is highly motivated to have this started before the second quarter and your preparedness to be of assistance would pay off a lot i must assure.
I hope you receive this in good temperance while i wait your reply.
Thanks,
Ivan Linkov.
As you can image, I was very excited to be considered. However, after noticing I was “blind copied”, my enthusiasm was tempered. If anyone else is interested in helping this gentlemen out for a nice profit for minimum effort(I am sure he is really not picky…he just needs a few people to respond), he can be reached here:

Lesson Learned: If it is a bad idea when the email comes from Africa, it is STILL a bad idea when it comes from Russia.
