This link is to an article making a charge against Stream Energy. (A network marketing company I am familiar with.) If you take the time to read the article, you can see where it is not just an attach on Stream Energy. Depend how it is decided, it would impact network marketing in general.

The Dallas Morning News recently reported on allegations against Stream Energy. We realize that many of you may have questions, and we want you to know that there is no need for concern.
The article reported on a purely procedural ruling that has no bearing on the merits of what we strongly believe to be a groundless case. In fact, since the article published, we just learned the good news that the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has accepted the case for a full review of this procedural matter and we look forward to presenting this appeal for the Court’s reversal.
